How often do you ship?

We ship Monday - Wednesday to ensure your new plant babies spend the least amount of time in transit. This helps keep them happy and heathy when they arrive at their new homes.​​

I Can't Wait! Do You Offer Local Pickup?

Yes! We do local pickup every week in San Diego.

You can select [Local Pickup] at checkout and we will email you the address when your order is ready.​​

Do you offer refunds?

 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not offer refunds in most cases. If your plant is damaged in transit we require you contact us and provide photo or video proof within an hour of delivery. Once received we review the claim on a case-by-case basis. Please be prepared to also file a claim with the carrier. If there is to be a refund, please send the damaged product back. When it is received, a refund will then be issued to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
