Celestial Plants & Gifts LLC ships packages on Mondays and Tuesdays. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
If you complete check out with an error, you may contact us to make the correction. If your order ships prior to you contacting Celestial Plants & Gifts LLC, we will be unable to make any further changes. You will need to contact the carrier and try to have them intercept your package.
Celestial Plants & Gifts, LLC is not responsible for damage to your item caused by inclement weather or the shipping carrier. Please be aware of the weather in your are before placing your order. If a heat pack is needed during winter months it is your responsibility to add it to your shopping cart. If adding insurance and your item is damaged, lost, or stolen please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Celestial Plants & Gifts, LLC is not responsible for filing claims on your behalf.
All live plant sales are final once shipped. Due to the limited availability and weekly change in inventory offered, we do not accept changes or cancelations 24 hours after an order is placed. Should you place an order and need to make a change simply connect with our team within 24 hours of placing the order. If contacted after 24 hours we will do our best to accommodate change requests but can not guarantee a change can be made pending where your order is in the fulfillment process.
